I was very pleasant to have the service of may car at Silver Spring Darcars Toyota. Especially working with a
knowledgeable customer service whose name Matthew, he has clearly showed me the conditions of my car and given me the
best option to choose. He also predicted a corerect time frame for the service would be done on my car, and given me a
very well friendly shuttle back ang from my home so I could finish my works during my car in service. It would be a
fantastic service provided by Toyota I've ever seen. I would highly recommended to anyone whomever I meet. Great work
keep it up. Five stars !!!

Hi, I was really enjoy my car service at DARCARS Toyota of Silver Spring from I entered the gate until went out.
Especially, the customer service personnel are very friendly, professional in dealing with customers. Facility is
great, and the environment is warm, feel like at home. I am very satisfied and rating a 100% for this. Thank

I bought this car on July, 2008. Within 2 years, the car has many problems such as overheat, alternator broken down,
air conditioning not cold enough. I am considering to switch to other brand since being long time with Toyota
seriously.
